1. Acceptance of Rules

By accessing or using any PBGaming service, including our PvP and PvE Rust servers, Discord, website, and store, you agree to these Terms & Policies.

If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

2. Community Standards

All players and members are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other players.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or abuse other players
• Use hate speech, racism, sexism, or discriminatory language
• Impersonate staff, admins, or other players
• Attempt to scam, mislead, or exploit members of the community
• Disrupt events, chats, or community areas in a harmful way

PBGaming reserves the right to mute, kick, suspend, or ban any player who damages the community experience.

3. Rust Server Rules

General Rules

The following rules apply across all PBGaming Rust servers unless a specific server says otherwise:

• No cheating, hacking, scripting, or use of third-party software that gives an unfair advantage
• No exploiting bugs, glitches, or loopholes
• No ban evasion
• No account sharing for the purpose of evading punishment
• No advertising other servers, communities, or services without permission
• No inappropriate names, profile pictures, or signs

Any exploit or bug found should be reported to staff. Abuse of bugs may lead to punishment even if the bug was not your fault originally.

4. PvP Server Policy

Our PvP servers are designed for competitive gameplay. Raiding, killing, roaming, and rivalry are expected parts of the experience.

However, the following are not allowed unless specifically stated by server rules:

• Cheating or aim assistance of any kind
• Intentional abuse of server bugs or map issues
• Blocking monuments, safe zones, roads, or key gameplay areas in unfair ways
• Excessive griefing that clearly aims only to ruin gameplay with no gameplay purpose
• Stream sniping, doxxing, or targeted harassment outside normal PvP gameplay

PvP means combat is expected, but toxic behaviour still is not.

5. PvE Server Policy

Our PvE servers are built for a more relaxed and cooperative experience.

On PvE servers, unless server features or event zones say otherwise:

• Killing other players is not allowed
• Raiding player bases is not allowed
• Stealing from other players is not allowed
• Griefing bases, blocking entrances, or trapping players is not allowed
• Destroying or interfering with another player’s builds or progress is not allowed

6. Store Policy

Purchases made through the PBGaming store help support the community and keep the servers running.

• Digital items, ranks, kits, and packages are for use within PBGaming only
• Store items may change if needed for balance, fairness, or technical reasons
• Abuse of store perks may result in removal without refund
• Fraudulent payments or chargebacks may lead to suspension or permanent ban

7. Staff Rights and Enforcement

PBGaming staff have the final say in interpreting and enforcing community rules. Staff may warn, mute, kick, suspend, wipe, or ban players when necessary.

8. Changes to Terms

PBGaming may update these Terms & Policies at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated version.
