How the Staff Team Works

Chat Moderator (Trial Role)

Everyone joining the staff team starts out as a Chat Moderator on a trial basis. Trial period: minimum 3 months.

Watching over Discord and in-game chat
Helping players with questions or basic support
Making sure rules are followed fairly
Learning how the staff team works and how we handle situations

This stage helps us get to know how you work as part of the team and gives you time to settle into the role.

Server Moderator

After a successful trial, you may be moved up to Server Moderator.

Helping deal with rule breaks in-game
Looking into player reports
Supporting community events and server activities
Helping keep the server friendly, fair, and enjoyable

Server Admin

The Server Admin role is a trusted position for long-term staff members and is only opened when needed, usually after 12+ months of strong activity and commitment.

⚠️ Admin spots are limited and only available when the team needs them.

Supporting the wider staff team
Dealing with more serious situations
Helping with server choices and direction
Keeping an eye on gameplay, systems, and plugins

Stay calm and fair when dealing with problems
Work well with the rest of the team

Any abuse of permissions will lead to immediate removal from the team.
